The cushion has been specially designed to provide the utmost support to your dog. A pre-formed hollow in the middle of the cushion supports the natural curvature of the dog’s body and is therefore suitable for dogs of any size and age. Made from high resilience foam, the cushion is extremely stable and remains elastic, even with ongoing use.
The comfortable memory foam mattress moulds to the dog’s body and perfectly supports the spine and joints. The heavy-duty cover easily comes off with a hidden zipper, and both cover and inner cushions are machine washable.

Inner Cushion Sides
60° C gentle wash cycle
The cushion filling is made of extremely soft, open cell foam. To ensure longevity, the cushion should be maintained and cleaned accordingly. Launder the inner cushion with a mild detergent up to 60° C. We do not recommend that you use chlorinated and chemically aggressive washing products. A brownish discolouration of the foam cannot be avoided, but has no effect on the quality of the foam.
After washing and rinsing, please remove as much water as possible with the spin cycle. The inner cushion is best air-dried on a rack. It can also be tumble dried at 90° C, but please avoid over-drying. Please plump up the inner cushion regularly so that it retains its fluffiness and shape. To keep the filling in place, knead the cushion intensely, then flatten it with your hands.
The cover is washable at 60° C on a gentle cycle or can be dry-cleaned. After washing, leave it on a rack to air dry. Please do not put into the dryer. If needed, iron the fabric at low level. The cushion cover is made from durable fabric that is highly resistant to abrasion, however some roughening and pilling cannot be avoided with intensive use. This is therefore no reason for complaint. For easy cleaning in between washes, simply vacuum the surface of the cover with an upholstery brush.
The answer is yes. Most dogs sleep for 12 hours a day and it's not good for them to sleep on the floor, especially if they are older. Dogs need a place of their own as it gives them a place to feel safe, which is important especially for anxious dogs. The bed also reduces the amount of hair and dirt that ends up on your furniture.
After some use, regular dog beds begin flattening out and causing your dog or puppy incredible discomfort. When a dog lies down on an orthopedic bed, he shouldn’t be able to feel the floor through the bed. Preventing achy joints, stiff muscles, improved blood flow, and a night of more restful sleep are just a few health benefits of a good orthopedic dog bed.
This might be because their current bed is too hot, too cold, the wrong size/shape or somehow uncomfortable. Here at SHOOBY you can find dog beds and dog cushions that suit your dog's weight, length, age, health conditions and sleeping style.
Make sure it's large enough for your dog to be able to lie comfortably in all natural positions. Measure your dog from their nose to their tail while they are sleeping, then add 20-30 cm to determine the length or diameter of the bed (keep in mind whether your dog is fully grown when measuring).
Think about your dog's sleeping style - dogs that like to sleep curled up will prefer a square, round or oval-shaped bed with raised sides, giving them a sense of security. Dog cushions are great for dogs that stretch or sprawl out while sleeping.
If your dog loves destroying his aesthetic dog bed, you can always make him stop. Find out the root cause of his destructive behavior and find solutions to remedy the situation. Five most common reasons are: teething, poor training, stress or anxiety, lack of exercise and boredom.
